Create a customized collection to encourage professionals to embrace their emotions and foster a more empathetic and inclusive environment.   

The Challenge

The advertising industry often uses the mantra "don't take it personally", emphasizing the need for professionals to develop a thick skin. However, this overlooks the crucial role sensitivity plays in understanding and connecting with consumers on a deeper level
